Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht” is a well-known and respected institution. Let’s say more: Our place is holy and prayed for, because countless good deeds have been done in Hesed “per capita.” For 22 years we have been standing guard over good. We serve clients in Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Rivne and Volyn regions, have mastered 157 types of social services!
