Health is expensive - even a regular visit to the doctor costs a pretty penny, let alone some serious treatment or, God forbid, surgery. So it's better to take care of your well-being in another way: to play sports. It definitely helps. Even regular daily walks at a good pace solve many problems. What can we say about regular physical exercises to cheerful music in a friendly group of like-minded people!
The members of the group "Live Healthy!" gather with pleasure to improve their health. We are actively and enthusiastically engaged, we do exercises to our favorite music, which in itself raises the charge of cheerfulness to the highest level. We also get wonderful "side effects" from such meetings: lively communication, a great mood for at least a week, a desire to gather again and again and - excellent well-being!
