Khmelnytsky Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht” cooperates with many Ukrainian and foreign organizations to improve the skills of employees and enhance the role of the organization. From January 28 to 30, 2015, a training program “Practices of Protection and Prevention of Manifestations of Interethnic Hatred” was held in Kyiv. It was organized jointly by the representative offices of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation @FES-Ukraine and the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine, and was attended by the social programs manager of the Khmelnytsky Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht” of the Shepetivka representative office, Alena Yefanova. The information received at the training program will not go unnoticed by the team and will be disseminated for the better work of the Foundation’s managers. It is for this purpose that back in 2010, the Khmelnytsky Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht” reorganized the organization’s management structure in such a way that people can partially replace each other’s functions and actively share experience. This, according to the Director of the Foundation, Igor Ratushny, not only leads to counteracting “professional burnout”, but also stimulates a creative approach to work.
