Summer is a hot and interesting time, when there are quite a few ways for children to... waste time. To prevent this from happening, and to ensure that children are always in a Jewish environment, summer camps are run by Community Centers. In Ternopil, the camp is extremely active, and a huge field for activities is open for young children. We offer to get behind the scenes of the camp with the help of photos. So - have a good trip!
Sweets for children are the best panacea for a bad mood, disobedience, fussiness and fatigue. The camp children had the opportunity to attend master classes at the Caramel Workshop, where they made their own candies! And since they are our children, the shape of the candy is appropriate. Here are some cute and tasty Magen Davids that our children made:
Who doesn't love movies, and in a nice, modern movie theater? Our children enjoyed visiting Cinema City, where they watched a fun animated film.
They don’t forget about creativity in the camp. Children are given ample opportunities to express their “I” through various artistic techniques. For the younger ones, a class was held on coloring animals of the Tanakh. And Artem Teptsov took part in a photography competition. The boy’s works took 2nd and 3rd places, and his “colleagues” from the camp gladly visited the exhibition of works by young artists:
And, of course, what kind of vacation is there without excursions and trips? The camp's facilities allow its participants to travel to familiar places, but always learn something new, like on the excursion "Jewish Sites of Ternopil", sailing on a boat or riding an excursion trolleybus. They don't forget about another favorite children's pastime - bowling.
