Practical yoga classes have begun at the Social Assistance Center! The popularity of this oriental type of practice in the world is only growing, as yoga is able not only to keep the body in great shape, but also to cleanse our minds of negativity. Classes are held in a specialin an equipped room, full not only of yoga equipment, but also of other sports equipment for the health of our clients. The training is conducted by our volunteer, Olga Batsurovskaya, who is restless in terms of development and creative. The current group consists of five people and has one vacant place.
