A delicious master class was held by volunteers, members of the Beteavon club of the Hesed Besht Foundation, together with food manager Angela Tarashchan. They made and baked gomentashes – traditional Purim treats, borrowing from each other modeling methods, dough recipes and fillings.
What happened – you can see in the photo. The gomentashi are simply wonderful – golden, fragrant, delicious. It feels like they were prepared with a heart and in a good mood. And the sweet products are intended for our clients with limited mobility. And another group of volunteers will deliver them to their homes and “season” them with heartfelt communication.
Thank you, our selfless helpers!
