To diversify and beautify the lives of our senior clients during quarantine, the Hesed Besht Children's Charity Foundation has launched a new interesting project: offering them to engage in indoor floriculture.
The foundation's specialists purchased beautiful exotic flowers (an assortment of orchids, dracaena, anthurium, guzmania, and many others), pots for transplanting, special soil, prepared care instructions, and distributed them to all regions of our Hesed to those members of the Day Center who love flowers and nature.
Project participants must paint the pots beautifully, care for the plants, and when they grow, share the cuttings with other members of the Hesed family.
We didn't expect that this idea would be so popular with our customers: they received it with great enthusiasm. Well, it's all the more pleasant when life during quarantine takes on new colors!
