Multifunctional assistance center "Shalom" is an initiative of the United Jewish Community of Ukraine. This call center is designed to consolidate all members of the Jewish communities of Ukraine and act promptly in case of need of assistance to members of the communities in extreme situations. You can contact the call center by the following numbers: 910 (from a mobile, free of charge), or 0 800 600 910 (from a landline - free of charge; from a mobile - according to the operator's tariff plan). The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365(6) days a year.The main issues that the call center must address are: 1) threats to life, 2) threats to health, 3) threats to honor and dignity. All calls from citizens are carefully processed by operators, who form appropriate appeals to local communities in order to quickly resolve the respondent's issue. An equal number of operators are assigned to 24 regional community centers in Ukraine, which allows for a quick response to citizens' appeals from each region separately. Call center employees not only accept calls and give advice, but also monitor the issue until it is fully resolved.
