Irina Aleksandrovna Gutnyk works in the Rivne representative office of Hesed as a cultural and educational manager. She has many responsibilities: working with children, community programs, cultural and educational activities, volunteering, creating new projects and writing grants. This year, thanks to the won grant, the AJT Junior project, a non-formal education program for children 7-12 years old, is functioning in the Rivne branch of the Hesed Besht CBF. Currently, she is entrusted with the implementation of the new technological program "Let's connect" in the Rivne region.
One can't help but admire the fact that, with such a large and diverse set of responsibilities, he successfully copes with them, takes a responsible and creative approach to their implementation, sparing neither effort nor time for this.
And precisely because she gives so much warmth of her heart to people, people treat her with great respect and sympathy
New ideas are constantly born in her head.
It is impossible to list how many activities with children, elderly clients, and volunteers Irina Aleksandrovna has held in the two years since she started working in her position. But anyone can read a report about them on the page of the Rivne representative office of Hesed, since Irina Aleksandrovna has also become a blogger and a chronicler. She writes the text herself, conducts video and photo shoots herself. And her posts always contain useful information, they are fascinating and interesting.
Irina Aleksandrovna is an excellent connoisseur of Jewish history, tradition and culture. He shares his knowledge with people of different ages. She also speaks Hebrew, always acts as a translator when guests from Israel come, and also conducts courses in colloquial Hebrew.
It is impossible not to mention here that with her light hand, the "Khal Baking School" arose and continues to function in the Rivne branch office. Now, not only Irina Aleksandrovna can do them, but also many volunteers, and even older children. And every Friday, our elderly clients, grandmothers and grandfathers, receive freshly baked, lush, delicious challah for Shabbat, which is delivered to them by volunteers, and this is simply wonderful.
