Almost 22 years on the path of goodness and mercy.
And it all started with the program “Region under the microscope". Everything was a first. And for Alla, these were her first steps on the path to realizing her great spiritual potential in helping people. If we characterize this time in her life, it is about the journey, meeting people, and a deep desire to make the world a better place, so that everyone in it would be well. The foundation's clients always waited for her with joy; apparently, even then they saw in her a person with great responsibility who knows how to listen to them and convey all their problems to the hesed. Years have passed, and now, having already gained experience, she implements it as the coordinator of the Home Care program. Whatever work she is assigned, she performs it efficiently, diligently, pays attention to details, showing a creative and proactive approach. Excellent organizational skills, an extraordinary understanding of logistical processes, professionalism and quality, acceptance of human needs and challenges of the present day - this and more, holistically and fully defines the portrait of Alla. Thanks to her sociability, she has made a significant contribution to the popularization of the work of the fund. And she also has a great talent as an artist: she will perform in the Raidl Theater in such a way that the audience claps their hands in applause, and she will dance and sing. Her seminars for social workers, with mandatory Shabbats, leave none of the participants indifferent. She not only brings joy to people, but also reminds them of eternal values: kindness, honesty, support.
Thanks to Alla's ability to give people a little bit of happiness in our difficult times, she is respected by clients and colleagues.
