The Hesed Besht KhBF organization and its director, Igor Ratushny, were awarded an honorary diploma by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
A high state award — an honorary diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine — was presented to the director of the Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht” Ihor Oleksandrovych Ratushny. This recognition became an important sign that the organization’s many years of work in the social sphere received a well-deserved appreciation at the highest level.
The Hesed Besht Foundation has been implementing support programs for the elderly, people with disabilities, vulnerable groups, and members of the Jewish community for many years. Thanks to the efforts of the team led by Mr. Ratushny, social, humanitarian, and psychological assistance is provided daily to those who need it most.
Awarding the Verkhovna Rada with an honorary diploma is not only a personal achievement of the director, but also a recognition of the importance of all the work carried out by the foundation. In times of challenges and instability, it is extremely valuable when good deeds in the field of charity, social protection, and international understanding find a response and support from the state.
