A project aimed at caring for and supporting immobile elderly people or people with limited mobility who cannot take care of themselves independently, providing them with necessary services in the comfort of their home, improving physical, emotional and social well-being; providing people with household chemicals and personal hygiene items that help maintain health, hygienic living standards and dignity.

Target audience: single, immobile or people with limited mobility who need outside assistance.
Project geography: Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Rivne and Volyn regions.

Project directions:

Home care involves an individual approach to each client of the foundation, depending on the physical and mental condition of the person in care. Caregivers provide adapted assistance according to people's needs: ensuring a regular visit to provide assistance with everyday tasks, such as hygiene, preparing and eating meals, dressing, cleaning and other needs; purchasing and delivering food and medicines; monitoring health status and adapting services depending on changes in health status and needs of the person, providing assistance with medication management, organizing reminders for taking medication; providing rehabilitation activities, physical exercises to maintain mobility and improve the physical condition of people in need of assistance; providing people with household chemicals and personal hygiene items; supporting mental health, organizing telephone and in-person conversations, engaging in online events and meetings, and inclusive excursions aimed at reducing social isolation and depression among older people and people with physical disabilities
