On the initiative of the tourism department of the Ternopil City Council in Marchand Three online seminars on the history of Ternopil Jewry were held. Three groups of city tour guides listened to a museum tour on Jewish history of the Ternopil representative office of the Hesed Besht Foundation, took part in an online roundtable discussion dedicated to the issues of modern life of Jewish communities in the Ternopil region. The participants of these events also discussed the proposal to participate in the annual “Days of Europe” in May 2021. The topics of European Jewry will be presented - national Jewish cuisine, traditions and culture.
