Serhiy is a new face of Hesed, but from the first days of his stay in the team we felt: this is our person, he, figuratively speaking, got into his sleigh. Helping people personally was and is a vector in his life. So it is no coincidence that he became a social work specialist. Serhiy is concerned about providing clients with medications, rehabilitation equipment and sanatorium and resort vouchers, and also takes care of the provision of medical services.
As a representative of the modern generation, he uses innovative and cutting-edge technologies in his work. He sees the peculiarity of his work in finding ways and approaches to understanding each client and each individual situation.
Serhiy interacts with various state and local government institutions, organizations, and enterprises to search for certain medications, medical devices, etc. This area requires considerable responsibility and dedication, as well as psychological and communication skills.
