For almost 22 years, she has been working in Hesed, first as a volunteer, and, having proven herself as a qualified specialist, she was appointed to the position of manager in the field of cultural and mass work of the Volyn Regional Branch of the Hesed Besht Foundation.
If a person is talented, they are talented in everything. This also applies to Tatyana. She sings, has repeatedly been awarded prizes at the festivals "Sholom, Ukraine" and "Chernihiv Autumn". She dances and choreographs, directed the dance group "Dreidl". She has exceptional acting skills, took an active part in the work of the theater-studio "Khokhma", played in Purim plays and performances.
Tatyana systematically improves her personal professional training, strives to gain new knowledge and skills.
They say that those who do not burn themselves will not light others. This is about Tatyana. She is energetic, optimistic, tireless, with a smile on her lips and inexhaustible positive energy she inspires everyone around her. She has a lot of ideas, dreams and plans in her head, which she actively brings to life. People of all ages are drawn to her, she finds a common language with everyone, she is friendly and responsive to everyone. It is thanks to Tatyana's empathy that numerous projects of the "Volunteer Community" program are successfully working. Tatyana is a kind of magnet who knows how to unite and inspire people, for which she enjoys well-deserved love and respect.
