Sukkot is the most fun Jewish holiday, lasting seven days. During the entire week of the holiday, the sukkah becomes the abode of the Jews. The most important commandment of the Torah on the holiday of Sukkot is the commandment "... take for yourself on the first day of the holiday the fruit of a magnificent tree, palm branches and shoots of a thick-leaved tree and river willows..." (Book of Vaikr). The commandment of netilat-lulav was carried out by members of the Jewish community on the holiday of Sukkot in the Kamenets-Podilskyi representative office of "Hesed Besht" on October 5, 2017. Many good people helped us in holding this holiday: the Zhytomyr religious community, the American joint distribution committee, a member of the Jewish community Glozman Anatoly treated us to grapes from his garden.
A benevolent and spiritual atmosphere reigned at the holiday.
