And it is gratifying to note that even more institutions are actively involved in this form of cooperation. Recently, new organizations of various directions have signed agreements with the Foundation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Social partners include cultural, educational, citizen service institutions, and the media. This is extremely painstaking, difficult, but such necessary work, without which it is very difficult for young disabled people to adapt in society. Here they are prepared for independent life in society, culturally enriched, supported and advised. The rehabilitation center has always had close cooperation with the Hesed Besht Charity Foundation, and now it has moved to a new level thanks to the social partnership agreement. Thus, the effectiveness of the cooperation of the two organizations will be enhanced by the capabilities of other social partners, which will allow young disabled people to better integrate into society, find themselves and arrange a better fate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the signing of the agreement with the Khmelnytsky Institute of Social Technologies of the Higher Educational Institution of Higher Education &quot;Ukraine&quot; was a predicted and significant result of real cooperation over many years. The Higher Educational Institution provides training for people with disabilities and special needs, which other educational institutions do not do. After all, it is here that social specialists are trained who will provide social services to the population in the future, care for the sick and disadvantaged. Thus, by undergoing internships at the Foundation, students from the first years of study have the opportunity to directly touch upon their future profession. The many years of experience of &quot;Hesed&quot; employees in the field of the social sphere are important, which they are happy to pass on to future colleagues. By the way, two former employees of the Foundation, who were involved in the publication of the newspaper &quot;Shalom Aleichem&quot; and one current one (Olexandr Semchyshyn, Iryna Yaprintseva and Vyacheslav Nagnybida), at one time also studied or worked at the Khmelnytsky Institute of Social Technologies.
