These were young mothers with children. In the spacious hall of the Community Center, Iryna Gerasimenyuk spoke about the Kesher Project, the organization&#039;s mission, goals and programs, and the Kesher Project volunteer, Olga Nikitina, showed those present a video - a clip about a healthy lifestyle, about women&#039;s attitude to their health. All the women present were given brochures &quot;My Health Route&quot;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our moms were confused by the task given by the moderator of the meeting, Olga Nikitina. She handed out a bright, large balloon to each mom and made them burst it, first describing its attractiveness, size, shape, color, etc. out loud.<br \/>\nOf course, after the ball lost all its beauty, it no longer seemed so attractive and beautiful, it simply became fragments of a once whole and complete creation. With the help of such an allegory, Olga presented the health of every woman, because it is as fragile and delicate as this ball.
