Social partnership is a special form of cooperation between organizations in the modern world to improve the lives of ordinary citizens in all possible ways. How does it differ from ordinary partnership? Very simple: in social partnership, the first place is not given to the benefit of the partner parties, but, first of all, to the well-being of the recipient of the social service, for whom the partner organizations work. The Hesed Besht Charity Foundation, on the initiative of director Igor Ratushny, initiated such an innovation in the Khmelnytskyi region.
Social partnership is necessary in general, and especially in modern conditions. The Hesed Besht Civil Society Foundation cooperates on an ongoing basis with many other organizations of various directions: social institutions, scientific, cultural, educational, medical institutions, mass media, educational institutions and business structures. Over the past fifteen years, strong and reliable ties have been established, which sometimes allow solving complex problems of citizens. After all, one of the main tasks of social partnership is the timely exchange of experience and information. That is why supporting existing partnership relations and establishing new ones is the key to the coordinated work of each of the participants in the partnership process, which leads to the improvement of public life and the relief of social tension.
At the moment, social partnership is supported not only by words, but also has a clearly expressed documentary form. The Hesed Besht Charity Foundation has already concluded about two dozen social partnership agreements - documents that regulate the cooperation of organizations, outline the goals and objectives of cooperation for the benefit of people. Also, in a prominent place on the entrance door of the partner organization, the fund's employees stick a sticker (in the photo) with the appropriate content. This makes it possible to inform citizens about the organization's involvement in social partnership.
Stickers also play an important role in the overall picture of the development of the social sphere of the city and the region. Director of the Hesed Besht Foundation Igor Ratushny believes that this will allow people to contact partner organizations more often with various questions, since people can be confident in the high level of services provided by them or in understanding the importance of developing the social sphere in general. Of course, the desire to involve as many social partners as possible in cooperation requires time and the corresponding desire of the organizations themselves. But if we could achieve the same level as, say, with stickers about the presence of a payment terminal in a store, then the social sphere would move to a completely different qualitative level, the Hesed Besht Foundation is convinced.
In general, cooperation of organizations with the KhBF "Hesed Besht" gives them an extremely great advantage. The fund is one of the most active in the city and region, it has a Council of public and charitable organizations, which maintains contact with all relevant structures in Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions. Therefore, cooperation with just one fund implies cooperation with almost all charitable and social organizations in the region.
