“Nutrition” program provides food products to the foundation's clients within the program's criteria and budget and resolves organizational issues regarding the provision of events taking place at the foundation: cultural and educational, community, and organizational and mass.

The “Bank Card” program is a provision of cash assistance to a bank card to Hesed clients who are eligible for food or medical assistance.

“Curator Service” program. The curator has direct contact with clients to identify those in need of social support, conducts surveys of new clients, and monitors changes in the social, physical, moral, and financial status of clients in order to timely adjust charitable assistance.

Programs: “Medicine”, “Rehabilitation Groups” and “Rehabilitation Equipment”. Organizes activities aimed at improving the health of clients. Provides clients with medications within the program criteria and budget, identifies the needs of program clients and provides purchase or partial compensation for glasses, hearing aids, surgeries, dentures, sanatorium vouchers. Provides for rent rehabilitation equipment that serves for the physical rehabilitation of the fund’s clients after injury and/or illness.

Programs “winter assistance”, “moked” – financial support for heating housing in the autumn-winter period, social and household services for clients
