"Co-working for volunteers" (hereinafter referred to as "Coworking") is a space for team and individual work, is a training space created for the development and training of volunteers, and the popularization of the volunteer movement. The task of "Coworking" is to promote the development of volunteer activities by creating conditions for individual and collective learning, communication and exchange of experience.

Areas of activity of "Coworking":
– office (trainings, video training, etc.)

– specialized: conducting master classes or providing services (repairs of household appliances and tools, sewing services, etc.)
– children's and teenage (teaching children creative professions, involving them in volunteer activities, conducting master classes in modeling, knitting, beading, etc.)
– beauty co-working: joint work of specialists – hairdressers, makeup artists, manicurists, cosmetologists.
– cafe – a space where volunteers can freely spend time and communicate in a comfortable environment.

Social hairdresser.

Social hairdresser — provides affordable or free hairdressing services for certain categories of the population, such as: people of advanced age, low-income families, people with physical disabilities and other socially vulnerable. The main mission of such a hairdresser is not only to take care of the appearance of clients, but also to help those who cannot afford standard prices for services. Clients of our foundation receive not only services, but also emotional support, communication and a sense of care, which is especially important for vulnerable categories of the population.

“Social cafe “Shalom!”

A social coffee shop is an effective form of transferring knowledge and skills, exchanging experience, the central link of which is ensuring the implementation of educational and socio-cultural programs aimed at developing skills and knowledge in the field of cooking and barista, training community members in the preparation of Jewish cuisine, popularizing the traditions of Jewish cuisine, and introducing Jewish cuisine recipes. Educational programs implemented in the Studio are aimed at the professional and personal development of community members with the aim of their further employment. An important area of ​​​​the coffee shop's work is also the organization and holding of auctions to raise funds for the development of socially important projects.
