Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation "Hesed Besht" held a seminar for the hostesses of "Warm Houses" of the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions, also inviting colleagues from the Rivne "Hesed Shushan", Lviv "Hesed Aryeh", Mukachevo representative office, Ternopil Community Center, Polonsky, Kamianets-Podilsky, Derazhnya representative offices of the KhBF "Hesed Besht". The coordinator of the "Warm House" program of the Joint NGO Natalia Zgurska was present at the seminar. The meeting was held in the format of employees plus hostesses, which was not practiced before. Thanks to such close interaction, it was possible to fruitfully talk about the prospects for the development of the program, to hear from both responsible employees and women in whose apartments clients directly gather.
The seminar was prepared by the client manager of the Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation, Olena Torbina. Representatives of each region brought with them films shot and edited in their "Warm Homes". Each work differed in execution and quality, but all of them were full of warmth, friendliness, care and goodness. The managers of the Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation prepared a special program for the guests: there were also methods for holding Jewish holidays, making simple postcards and other developmental programs. The psychologist of the Kamianets-Podilskyi branch of the Hesed Besht Charitable Foundation, Olena Ivakh, conducted a psychological training for those present and also shared the methods of psychological work within the "Warm Home".
The seminar was attended by the owners of the Khmelnytskyi "Warm Houses": Faina Lurie, Hanna Kryvulya, and Susanna Katz. Their important words were relevant for the employees who are planning the work of the program.
