A young city resident, representative of the local community and participant in the #AJT movement Anastasia Zharina won another victory! This time she won the Ukrainian Weightlifting Championship in Kamianets-Podilskyi, which was held on October 26, 2016. Nastya won gold in her weight category up to 40 kilograms.
According to the athlete herself, it was not difficult to win - the rivals were weaker. However, this is not at all a condescending view of others, but the result of a year of intense training that preceded the victory. The championship featured experienced child weightlifters from all over the country, so it would not have been easy to compete with them just like that.
Nastya has many more competitions ahead of her, so we wish the pride of our community success, strength, and endurance. We will continue to follow the rapid rise of the weightlifter's career.
