The School of Health together with the health food store "Edemsky Sad" as part of the "Active Longevity" and "Healthy Day" programs held a culinary master class for the wards of the "Hesed Besht" HBF.
Professional cooks demonstrated the process of making yeast-free dough for holiday baking. Drinks made from pumpkin and orange juices, pâtés made from sunflower and sesame seeds, a fruit and nut dessert and a delicious apple strudel were offered for tasting!
"Holiday plate" for tasting turned out to be beautiful, tasty, useful and inexpensive.
