Center for community, cultural and mass work and volunteer activities.
The Center was created for the spiritual development of the individual, the strengthening of public opinion, and the support of the Jewish community. Its goal is to preserve historical memory, traditions, and culture, as well as the development of cultural, linguistic, and religious identity.
The center helps overcome social isolation, organizes leisure activities, provides psycho-emotional support, helps to reveal the creative potential of community members and implements cultural and mass events. Special attention is paid to the revival of "Yiddishkait", supporting the self-realization of the elderly, creating a positive mood, optimism and satisfaction with life.

The Day Center program – supports the elderly and ensures their social and emotional needs, provides limited mobility members of the community with additional opportunities for active socialization within the framework of their stay at the Day Center, as well as strengthens friendly ties between clients.
The Volunteer Centers program works in the following areas: social volunteering, cultural and educational volunteering, sports volunteering, medical volunteering, environmental volunteering, and volunteer school.
The Shalom Culinary Studio-Café is an effective form of transferring knowledge and skills, exchanging experience, the central link of which is ensuring the implementation of educational and socio-cultural programs.
"Beauty for Everyone" is a multifaceted integrated complex of educational and volunteer activities aimed at acquiring skills and knowledge in hairdressing, developing the creative skills of project participants, and expanding the scope of volunteer activities in the community.
"Co-working for volunteers" - promoting the development of volunteer activities by creating conditions for individual and collective learning, communication and exchange of experience. It is a training space of the Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation "Hesed Besht", created for the development and training of volunteers, and the popularization of the volunteer movement.
The "Island of Kindness" program is implemented with the aim of increasing the level of integration of children and their parents (guardians) into the life of the Jewish community, involving them in cultural values and traditions, strengthening the educational competence of students and educational work with children, as well as socializing and activating underprivileged members of the community.
The “Skillful Hands” volunteer workshop is a socially oriented charitable project aimed at improving the living conditions of the foundation's clients.
