He is the specialist without whose help no project and no employee of ours can do. We ask, demand, and push him, and he postpones less urgent matters and takes on ours. And he does everything without fail, quickly and efficiently.
The work at Hesed is very specific, an IT specialist from any other organization, even a genius, needs a lot of time to delve into all the subtleties of our work. Over the past few years, Max has significantly improved his professionalism and has become an indispensable competent specialist. His immediate supervisor, Slavko Sidorenko, has given him a lot in terms of professional training. Moreover, these two specialists provide all technical support for computer networks, including our regions, help all Hesed users, work with the database, call center, and perform a good dozen other functions. And Max, in addition, photographs all our events, shoots videos, edits, and creates quality films.
Maxim takes his work responsibly, is engaged in self-improvement, and is constantly improving his knowledge: without such an “upgrade” in this field, there is nothing to do! He often finds original ways to solve a problem.
It's not enough to say that the team respects him, we love him!
