The development of the trade union movement is a reliable basis for the well-being of the labor collective. This is an advanced indicator in European countries, where the principles of democracy and the rule of law come first. The Hesed Besht Civil Society Foundation and all employees voluntarily joined the Trade Union of Social Workers, and the Foundation has a primary trade union organization. Therefore, the III reporting and election conference became an important event for all participants in this movement.
The conference was attended by the Director of the KhBF "Hesed Besht" Ihor Ratushny, the head of the primary trade union organization of the Fund Alla Klopotyuk and the information manager Vyacheslav Nagnybida. The conference participants had the task of listening to reports from the leadership of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Trade Union of Social Workers on the work done and electing a new head of the organization. Until now, its unchanged leader has been Oleksandr Dmytrovych Tsyuzik.
During the reporting speeches, the participants of the meeting had the opportunity to hear how the Trade Union has been living and what it has achieved since the 2nd reporting and election conference. There is no doubt that the organization is developing dynamically, cares about the well-being of its members, and increases cooperation with other partner organizations.
It was especially pleasant to hear from both the leaders and the speakers that the Khmelnytsky Charitable Foundation "Hesed Besht" plays an active role in this. Many words of gratitude were heard from the stage to its leader, Igor Ratushny, for his support, cooperation, and sharing of useful experience.
In turn, representatives of the Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation "Hesed Besht" presented honorary awards to people who have done a lot for the development of the trade union in particular and the entire social sector in general. Special awards were received by the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Social Workers of Ukraine, Volodymyr Ivanovych Tyotkin, and the Head of the Main Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, Svitlana Ivanivna Lukomska. After the reporting, it was time to elect the head of the trade union. Predictably, but fairly, the leading head – Oleksandr Tsyuzik – became him. The participants voted unanimously for his candidacy. So we congratulate the old and new Head on another election and wish them fruitful work!
