The Kamianets-Podilskyi branch of the Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation "Hesed Besht" has a long-standing friendship with the kindergarten-boarding school No. 3 "Teremok". For nine years now, on the days of Hanukkah, we have been giving gifts to disabled children. After all, the joy of the holiday of warmth and light increases several times if you simply share it with your loved ones. With those who lack this warmth.
For the children of "Teremka", who were not lucky enough to grow up in a family circle, our employees and clients collect various charitable funds. The first TV set was donated to the orphanage by the Righteous Among the Nations Savchuk M.S. And this year, the disabled person of the first group Arda A. A. donated a karaoke player. There are fifty children in the kindergarten. Thirty-six of them have physical disabilities, fourteen lived in dysfunctional families. Gifts for them are collected by all the clients and employees of the Foundation. People do this work with pleasure. It is extremely pleasant that children from our youth club "Ptah Zis" are actively involved in the charitable cause, who visit the kindergarten with amateur performances.
Also during the Hanukkah holidays, an exhibition of paintings from semi-precious paintings by the master Larisa Anatolyivna Vlasova was held in our office. The client and volunteer of our foundation, a pediatrician, the woman became interested recently, but already has a selection of twenty-one works. The exhibition had a symbolic meaning: the light reflected in the stones played and shimmered with amazing shades, reminding us of the holiday of light and warmth. Not only the clients of the Foundation, but also local residents and guests of Kamianets-Podilskyi came to see the works of the master.
