A week-long marathon dedicated to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day (January 27) has begun at the “Thia” Community Center of the Khmelnytskyi Charitable Foundation “Hesed Besht”. On the first day alone (January 22), fifty high school students from three schools in the city of Khmelnytskyi visited the Holocaust Memorial Museum in the Khmelnytskyi region. Group visits and other educational events are planned throughout the week. Among them:
January 25, 2018 at 11:00 at the Community Center ""Thia" (58/1 Kamyanets'ka St.) a round table will be held "Holocaust Memory – the Path to Tolerance" with representatives of the city's national minorities.
January 26, 2018 at 10:00 There will be a motor vehicle drive from the Social Assistance Center (Shevchenko St., 40/2) to the Holocaust Memorial (behind Bus Station No. 1), where a Kaddish (memorial prayer) and a rally-requiem for the dead will be held.
