Each regional representative office is a cultural and educational center that carries an important mission: the development of culture, education and active participation of citizens in public life through the organization and holding of concerts and cultural events; excursions and rallies; meetings and public actions; educational events, lectures and educational programs; thematic meetings, and also plays an important role in the cultural life of each community.
